Return policy
What can be returned -
Damaged or faulty products: We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. Please contact via email within 7 days of receiving your parcel if your order arrives damaged or faulty, incorrect orders or items received, or Items damaged during shipping. We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund.
What cannot be returned -
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Change of mind.
Ring Resizing - 30 day guarantee!
If you have ordered a ring but when it arrives it doesn't fit, there are several options depending on your ring design.
Many of the rings in our range are one of a kind and organic in nature around the entire band, with unique continuous textures.
- If your ring does not fit just return the ring within 30 days from the day you received it (you pay the shipping) and we will either resize it if possible, or remake to your correct size, and return it to you (we pay the shipping)
- If the design is fluid like the Mitsuro Hikime range, Marina will sculpt the wax as close as possible to the original, however as all these designs are one of a kind there will be slight differences, each one is unique!
When will I get my order?
We strive to process and pack your orders with care and efficiency. Please allow 24 business hours for order handling before they are ready for shipping. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Also be mindful we are in a remote country location in Tasmania which will add slightly to your postage timeframe.
What is the shipping policy?
Jewellery - We offer Standard, Express and Signature on Delivery for all Jewellery Orders over $100.00.
Prints - All Prints will be shipped free.
Note - If you purchase both a print and Jewellery, the Jewellery shipping will be applied.
Sculpture - Shipping for all sculptures is complimentary,
Do you offer tracking for my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Use the provided tracking number or link to follow your parcel's journey via our website or directly through the carrier.
Please allow a short time after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the system.
Do you accept International Orders?
We currently only ship within Australia.
What is your Jewellery ethical policy?
All Sterling Silver and Gold used by Marina Fox Fine Art is 100% sourced from an ethical Australian supplier who is fully compliant with the LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance and the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
All precious metal used is sourced in a way that does not cause, support or benefit unlawful conflict, or contribute to serious human rights abuses or breaches of international law. In addition, the Pallion refining division is subject to annual independent Conflict Metals audit.
Our supplier is the only Australian organisation certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) as a jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler. The RJC is the foremost standard-setting and certification organisation for the international jewellery industry in the world and is based in London.
In addition, where possible, all sterling silver and gold is recycled here on the premises and so there is absolutely no wastage!
