Returns

What can be returned -

Damaged or faulty products: We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. Please contact via email within 7 days of receiving your parcel if your order arrives damaged or faulty, incorrect orders or items received, or Items damaged during shipping. We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund.

What cannot be returned -

If you have ordered a ring but when it arrives it doesn't fit, there are several options depending on your ring design.

Many of the rings in our range are one of a kind and organic in nature around the entire band, with unique continuous textures.

If your ring does not fit just return the ring within 30 days from the day you received it (you pay the shipping) and we will either resize it if possible, or remake to your correct size, and return it to you (we pay the shipping)
If the design is fluid like the Mitsuro Hikime range, Marina will sculpt the wax as close as possible to the original, however as all these designs are one of a kind there will be slight differences, each one is unique!
