Simple and yet eye catching, these sterling silver trails twist in a spiral showing the flow of the Mitsuro Hikime wax as it winds around. Set into easy to wear sterling silver stud posts including two quality post backings.
The twisting trail lines are made using a historic Japanese technique called Mitsuro Hikime, where I have combined 100% Tasmanian Beeswax with Pine Resin, creating a flexible wax with incredible textural quality. These are then cast using the ancient Lost Wax technique to turn them into solid Sterling Silver.
