There is a beach in North East Tasmania near the Bay of Fires which is absolutely covered in tiny shimmering shells, in all shades of pink, purple and cream. I collected a few and cast them in sterling silver on a ring made using the ancient Japanese technique Mitsuro Hikime. The natural organic beeswax and pine resin wax is folded and twisted into a one-of-a-kind ring, then the wax versions of the tiny shells have been added. So basically you are wearing a unique miniature version of this special beach. Added details are multiple little bubbles and barnacles in silver.
